How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want every homeowner who reaches Fifthhammond Septic to get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template. It is not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Fifthhammond Septic
  • How we handled your personal information
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • How a provider we connected you with behaved

If the Problem Is a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own quotes, prices, work and customer service. Say you have a problem with work on your septic system, sewer line or plumbing. The first step is usually to raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest. Providers who often fall short may be removed. Please know that Fifthhammond Septic cannot settle contract disputes. We cannot refund a provider's work. We cannot make choices for a provider.

How to File

Email us at contact@fifthhammond.space. Please include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • What happened, and what you would like us to do

What Comes Next

We will confirm we got your complaint by email. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include talking to the provider. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Still Unhappy?

If you do not like our answer, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For problems with licensed plumbing or septic contractors, your state licensing board or local health department may also help.
